For those who want to be a real high fashion model dont follow what the video says. This video will not do you good. The poses are VERY much amateur. Its better to look at high fashion magazines and study their poses. Dont memorize them just study some principles in posing. Unless you want to be a amateur trying-hard model (at times laughable) or a lowER-profile catalog, print ad, etc. model.
I thought tyra banks and the jays make fun of this kind of pose?
